with priorty pick 1 and then pick 4 we should really make sure we draft
the right kids and not waste them as on previous occasions by drafting a
seasoned player.youth is the way to go ala st.kilda who are reaping the rewards today by being patient and blooding the youngsters. no quick fixes
are going to help the tigers that attitude needs to be eradicated immediately.
lets focus on our defiance's like key positon players chf,chb and fb and get
some gritty in and under midfielders who are a similar mould to cogs and we
will go a long way to rebuilding our club only time will tell and correct decision
making is crucial!.

Great post...we've mucked it up chasing quick fixes and overnight success...
Rebuilding won't be painfull if it's done properly...and that takes as long as it takes
