Yep, Him from the start, couldn't go past him, it's his third year in the system, number one draft pick, learnt alot last year with no stevens, and will never get the tag with Stevens, Judd, Scotland, Carazzo in there with him..
Geniuses in hindsight, but at least spell his name correctly.

You seem to know a lot...did you go for Goddard or Milburn based on the advice you received from this site? Or didn't you have the research and gut feel that you had for Murphy?

Knew he was set for a massive year. Was in my original pre-season squad, can't believe I decided not to go with him.
hes been my captain all year. he also happens to be my fav player. easy decision

In hindsight it was so obvious that he would have a breakout year. Everything was coming together this year. I got caught up reading to deep into the freako letter and he didn't have huge pre season scores so I just let him slide. Thought maybe Judd and Stevens would take too many possies off him.
Didnt have him since the start, but got him in round 2 after reilly got injured, been a super pick

i brought him in after rd3 (for about 350k)
Priddis -> M.Murphy
he was in my original squad plans of Kornes/Goodes/Murphy
but i felt stupid for overlooking Cross, so i opted for a Cross/Priddis/Goodes approach
i knew i had missed out on a gem after the first 2 rounds, and even began a GREAT thread named "Marc Murphy = the real deal".thumbsu:)
but when the Priddis injury came along, i knew i could swap a gun for a gun and save 50k in the process... sweet!!

but haven't put the (c) on the him

Had him initially, got rid of him before round one for Burgoyne because I had too many Carlton players in the side. Was so close to Salopek, but chose Burgoyne to avoid having too similar teams in the same league. After a few rounds, thought he was still struggling with a tag, so traded him out for Adcock, who I'd thought was as cheap as he was gonna get, over Murphy.

Got him. Murph, Goody and Crossy have been outstanding in my midfield this year. Was always going to be a good addition with Juddy taking the tag away from him.
Well Murphy, who turned into Burgoyne before round 1, who then turned into Adcock in round 3, might be turning back into Murphy this round.
