We all know it's going to happen.
But I have a few questions I'd like answered.

1) What's everyones expectations on the match up?
2) What is a break even mark for Macaffer?
3) Can Macaffer take Ablett when he goes forward?
If not, who does?
4) How many free kicks will Ablett recieve?
We all know that the umps will be watching this contest very closely.

My answers:
1) Macaffer to add another notch to his belt.
2) Low 20s, more handball than kicks.
3) Not sure on this one. Marley would be my first choice if he did.
4) About 8. Depends on how early they start watching it.
(and if Hodges' on field comments last week regarding the umps protecting him have any influence)

Best tagger in the game verses the best footballer in the game, im excited.
Ablett being kept to 25 disposals or less with mininal impact is what you want.

I won't lie, I'll enjoy it whoever wins. Lucky to be watching Ablett - operates on a different level to any footballer I've seen. Enjoy it while we can.

If he can make Ablett hand pass twice as much as he kicks, I can handle Ablett getting 30 touches because I back our bigger bodies and more experience to win the midfield battle elsewhere.

We allow Ablett 15/20 kicks and we are dead in the water.

Not sure Caff is a good match for GAjr. Time will tell. May not be ready yet but I can see Williams moving into the midfield and matching up on these types.

I reckon we'll see a couple of the Suns boys running through Caff early on to set the tone. They know who he's going to, we know who he's going to, and they know that if GAJ's impact is diminished it goes a long way to stopping them.

The umpires will also protect GAJ massively, that's a certainty.

Should be good viewing.

Just an aside but in the AFL coaches summation GAJ is the best player in the league. Funnily enough though when asked who'd they take from another team, the coaches all went with Joel Selwood. hmmmmm??

Ablett will get touches no matter what.
I'd be looking closer at the psychological battle.
Ablett is the inspiration for the team, if Caff gets the better of him and he gets frustrated then the whole team will drop.
He's been held to 25ish touches a few times this year, doesn't necessarily mean he didn't still have an impact.
Based on our last two games if he gets held to 40 it will be a win
Anyway Caff is good but he's not that good. I think he will have to get a bit dirty if he really wants to shut him down.
I'd actually like to see someone take him out the old school way with a legal bone crunching tackle. Enough to out him on the beach for 20mins till he gets back the wind in him.
What I think would be really interesting would be to rotate Marley and Caff on him. Marley can wear someone like a glove and really hurt them with a tackle. Worth a try at the least if Caff isn't having much effect. Or let frost run on him a bit and wait for an opportunity to bury him with one of those bone crunching tackles.

He's just got to stop Ablett being in dangerous positions. It's about forcing him to handball rather than kick and making sure he is never a chance for a goal. That way, even if he gets 40 touches, they won't be that damaging.

He's going to get the ball, but the amount of time and options he has will determine whether Caff has done a good job.

Bucks coaching will be under scrutiny with this game, and the Caff V Ablett match up. He was criticised for last year's loss to the Suns; be interesting to see how he responds.

With the media attention Caf gets I think Ablett will get 10 plus frees.

4) How many free kicks will Ablett recieve?

My answers:

1) I think that they will be in close proximity for most of the day. I think Macaffer will try to restrict Ablett from getting the ball and that Ablett will try to get the ball.
2) I think if most of the posters at BF are happy with his job, then it's break even
3) Yes but not if he goes back or sideways
4) 4. However the third one will be later confirmed to be an error by the umpire

Caff has been good since becoming a tagger, however Ablett may be a task too far for him.
