I just had a look at DEES_RULE's report, and I have to say sorry, but this report is going to have nowhere near the detail hers did.
My brother and I arrived at Whitten Oval at 3:30pm and grabbed a seat in the shade. As such, we were a little too far from the ground to really see what was going on on the other side of the oval. D'oh!
Robbo led the boys out onto the ground, with the Dees then splitting into three teams (the forwards, mid-field and backs?), who ran around the ground for a bit before doing stretches and then running some more.
Then there was an exercise with 4 domes. A player had to run from one hat ("home") to one of the remaining 3, do a push-up, run home, then run to another of the remaining 3.
David Schwarz was seen leaving the ground after only a short while, dressed in civvies. In other words, he wasn't training. Neale Daniher (at least I think it was Danners), though, was spotted doing warm-up exercises.
One of the boys decided to train without a top, but I don't know who it was, since his hat was throwing shadow over his face.
At 4pm, my brother and I left the ground to get a couple of videos and go home. We've decided that its much more exciting when there's an opposition our boys are playing against, better yet, beating.
Though if the Dees ever train at Whitten Oval again, I can very much see myself being there.
