In lasts years preseason he built a solid foundation this year he's tearing it up.

I thought in 09/10 he had been hitting the gym in a big way and had become an absolute beast. In 08/09 he was training the house down, and in 07/08 he was tearing up the training track.

From what I have heard he is absolutely torching it this year, and looks to have added an extra yard of pace..
