I get the height data from the AFL official season guide which I believe was published in the Herald Sun (here in Queensland was supplied by Courier Mail - our local major newspaper)

I have heard that there were a number of inaccuracies so I wont guarentee anything

KEY MATCH UPS:

D. Bradshaw will be given the unenviable task of tagging F. Gehrig and J. Leppitsch will probably line up on N. Riewoldt (if he plays CHF). C. Johnson will try and stop S. Milne and C. Scott will try and out-muscle A. Hamill.

The on-ball match ups will see R. Harvey and M. Voss go head to head. L. Hayes and S. Black will keep each other honest, Moyle will probably go onto Lappin, Baker will take on Akermanis, and H. Black looks to be matched with Luke Power. (This last will be crucial as Power has stepped up this year and can be a real danger if he gets free). The Ruck looks like Knobel going headlong with McDonald and the Saints will probably rotate Maguire, Riewoldt and Penny against Charman.

Penny will probably get the key defender role on Lynch (must play him from behind) and Schwarze may take on White. The CHB position will probably start as Maguire’s task but it may become Riewoldt’s if he is not effective at CHF. Pike has been killing them since replacing Brown and winning this position becomes critical with Brisbane’s style of play. X will probably get the job on the much-improved Caracella.

DISCUSSION:

This is not the toughest game of the season for St. Kilda purely because we are playing in front of a friendly crowd on our home ground. Nevertheless, this is a real tough game and a great test for the Saints. I predict that it will be a close game, and accuracy in front of goal will probably determine the winner. The Saints are a real show against the powerful Lions – who show considerable depth after many injuries have forced a number of replacements (a rarity). The Saints, who also have injury woes, might not get another chance like this for a while and will be hell bent on giving this a real shake.
