Why can't all reports be made within, say 24 hours of a match finishing.
The current system where players are being reported 4-5 days after a game is unsuitable in terms of training and match preperation.

The problem is that the AFL are hanging back to see what the media are going to make a fuss about this week and act accordingly.
The umpires are supposed to be able to make snap decisions. ALL reports should be made within 24 hours of the final siren and 2,3,4 or even 5 days after the game.
