We really have become Richmond circa 1990-2009. Or Carlton circa 2002-2012.

You could've given those clubs every odd numbered pick in the top 30 and they'd somehow still manage to find all the blokes incapable of reaching 50 games or anything resembling finals standard players.

Looks like we've been ponying up for the last decade for a shot at that title.

There’s gotta be cultural issues around training standards, as a simple observation some of our third years still look like pre puberty to the likes of Collingwood and Geelong players of the same draft.
