not to mention he brought it down from what? 60 with 8rpo? what a starThe real deal?
12 matches into his ODI career and he's averaging a very respectable 23 with the ball, at a very lively pace too.
Together with the Hilf our up and coming pace bowling stocks are looking damn good.![]()
He is 26![]()
Too old.
Besides, he's from QLD.
Seriously though, i'd like to see him develop a good inswinger to the right-hander. Perhaps he should become good mates with bracken.
Quite a strange action.
Who cares?
A left-arm bowler who bowls 145km/h on a consistent basis and he reckons he can bowl faster - those are signs of a talent. If he continues to hit the deck hard and take wickets he will be a permanent fixture in the Australian team. No doubt in my mind.
If you think of it, he is probably the most improved player and he can improve even more, if he does he should be a very good bowler.

I think he's a very good prospect as well, as his confidence has increased, he's improved dramatically in the ODI Arena.
Just commenting on his action, not being critical. Also a very short run-up for such a quick bowler.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Lilee label him a 'once in a generation' bowler when he was about 16?
