Hitler's favourite AFL player was Wer, a full forward. He used to jump up and salute every time Wermacht.

Wayne Schwass was Hitler's favourite player, he had his stickers everywhere

Reminds me of the German guy during World War 2, who left his job as a chef to become Adolf Hitler's right hand man. It was a case of, "Out of the frying pan, and into the Fuehrer."

Póster named Reich makes Hitler joke; film at 11

Pretty sure his fave player was Clarko the angry racist eugenicist midget though

hey philreich I like your bad jokes thread much better than Mofras Bottom 50 thread :thumbsu::thumbsu:

Player #36 - Bailey J Williams (WCE)

Pictured: The Bailey Williams that Bailey Williams wishes he was

Nickname: Slangemaster

Bailey Williams is a former Frankston kid who is tall, which means he gets a go at AFL because that's how being tall works.

He is not the best ruck or forward at West Coast. He's not even the best Bailey Williams playing AFL football. To distinguish himself from the Bulldogs player, Willie Rioli suggest he have a J which would work well if anyone outside of Perth or Frankston knew who he was.

In the worst season in West Coast's short history, Bailey played 17 games for 1 win (against Essendon, lulz) and 16 losses. For a 'ruck/forward' he kicked three goals for the year, one of those against the Bulldogs who also had a Bailey Williams on the team. West Coast have also played the Swans with a Josh Kennedy on each side and probably explains their drafting of a Brayshaw. As a ruckman, he has been beaten by some of the most average rucks in the competition.
He has been largely playing as an understudy to NicNat though I assume that means eating for free everywhere he goes and attracting a lot of female attention. Like a puppy. Or Hasbullah.

Bailey's statistically best game came in Round 23, when Geelong were only going through the motions to scrape by a plucky West Coast side by only 85 points. 16 hitouts and 25 disposals sounds ok until you realise his opponents were Ceglar and Blicavs who had 49 disposals and 45 hit outs between them. As Sydney found out in the Grand Final, AFL football is a sport played between two teams (and if you believe their team board, the umpires too) so if you touch the ball that's actually less important than touching it more than your opponents.

Fun fact: Other people to grow up on Frankston include Leigh 'Bruns' Matthews, Graham Kennedy and Stanley Melbourne Bruce, the 8th Prime Minister of Australia. Carl Cox moved there too (weirdly). Frankston apparently has a community TV station too, although I'm pretty sure Crimestoppers was a regular fixture down there back in the day.

Bailey, Slangemaster (I think that's a stitch-up), you're contracted until 2024 so good luck next year. Welcome to the Bottom 50 for 2022.

Re: Fun fact - Graham Kennedy lived in Frankston - had a house on Olivers Hill but that was as an adult. He grew up in Balaclava / StKilda.

This is probably the most anyone on the internet has ever spoken about this bloke.

Zaine Cordy is a premiership centre half forward thank you very much.

I cannot for the life of me remember a premiership team with so many spuds as Bulldogs 2016. Even JJ is the undisputed worst Norm Smith Medalist of all time.

What's more relevant is that I cannot for the life of me remember a Carlton Premiership team.

Geelong's Dahlhaus has retired

Worst premiership player ever.
