Well as expected Moore has gone on to become a coach. Throughout the season we all thought he would be delisted but retained as a coach for us. But it wasnt to be as North Melbourne have snapped him up. A little disappointed that hes left us but proud that he is going forward.

What coaching role would he have played for us? Do you think he will ever come back to the club in any capacity? Is he as good as everyone says he is?

Totally agree with you. He has put a lot in for the club. I really hoped he had stayed with us as a development coach of some sort.

Did the club not offer him a contract as a coach of some sort or was the/an offer not suiting his demands?

They can't all stay, it can be beneficial to get some experience outside of the club you played. It doesn't mean they will never return. Moore comes in to a newly created role for us so he isn't displacing anyone from a job. Swans might have good people already in roles he is interested in, not sure. Moore will get to work with the new kids who are assigned to our Werribee affiliate while we also picked up Josh Drummond from Brisbane to look after the new kids who are assigned to our North Ballarat affiliate.

From what it sounds like, Moore was performing that role in an informal capacity so lets hope he has a long career in football development.

Agree totally. I think it is a good thing. Very happy he got a gig.

Good pick up and best of luck to him in the new role. If he gets hold of your new kids they'll be battle hardened before their first senior game. A gutsy hard-as-nails player who eats concrete for breakfast.

Sounds like the type of bloke we need, he will also be playing for Werribee. Probably a bit too young to stop playing footy.

Seems like a cracking, hard edged fella.

Very happy to have him on board.
