Davey, Moloney & Sylvia are the already established players who have improved incredibly this year, while Jurrah, Grimes & probably Valenti are the youngsters who I think have been eye-openers. I voted Davey, but I can't split those six.

I'm watching out for Jurrah in case he falls foul of the forwards curse we've had over the last twenty years where the 2nd season is never as good as the breakout due to injury or loss of form.

It's got Bennett, Cuthbertson, Jakovich, Smoker and Wonaeamirri. Anyone could be next.

Aaron Davey if we're talking this season, he's been a constant all year, the guy you handball it to for the accurate delivery upfield by foot. Would love to see him win the B&F.

I think Davey for B&F. Outstanding ambassador for the club. He has embodied everything we hope to achieve over the next few years: Excellence, precision, leadership, teamwork.

Sylvia has been my favourite player ever since he was drafted. Admittedly it took him some time to get the level I always anticipated he would, but he has shown us why he was taken at pick 3.

I'm hoping that next year he will join the game's elite, and I believe he has the talent to do so.
