I think our 'near best' 22 really need the chance to gel together as priority over young guys getting a run at this stage. They'll get there chance in Perth next week possibly if we play well today. Cant imagine us wanting to show too many cards on a Perth road trip in March.

Hard one this, we should win by a lot really but what does that achieve?
Only thing I can think of is hopefully play some guys into form and have no injuries.
What I want to see is the rucks dominate, our midfield dominate and Hawkins to provide a BIG target and kick a bag, that and a very stingy defense.

Considering the outs for Essendon we should really win by 30-50 points at least but more importantly keep Essendon to less than 50-60 points as our defence should dominate them!

Really looking forward to seeing where Jimmy plays most of the game, Smith hopefully backing up from last weeks game, Henderson improving showing great signs in defence, hopefully McCarthy & Gregson pressuring like crazy & getting a few goals between them, Vardy at CHF will be given lots of chances to help his chances in that spot, and Cockatoo bursting out the centre!

But most importantly...where Guthrie plays

The sad Couch news has put a massive dampener on the game, totally shocked. Loved watching him play as part of our awesome midfield. (just announced that players from both clubs will be wearing black arm bands today)

But I like your points of interest for today's game. I'll add that I'll be watching Ruggles in his first game-best of luck to him.
