Not a bad number, but potentially around a third not submitting is pretty bad.
With that being said, we have never had these sort of numbers for a comp like this in the past, so it could possibly be expected (though not great to see) with all the newbies who bid. Unless those who did not submit are actually regulars, if so then it is really not good.

What date roughly could we expect the league to commence?
At this stage it’ll probably start concurrently with the main league as entries from reserves will be sent up to the top league to fill in vacancies.

Not necessarily, it’ll be the entries that BW and I deem are at the top league standard, or close to.
