I've always preferred lasagna the day after its cooked, reheated, y'know? Rather than straight out of the oven - when it's like that, it's usually all sloppy. It just retains its layers so much better if they've been cooled, and you microwave it to warm it the next day. Is this a common view, or just me?

Pretty sure he confirmed on the Footy Show years ago there's a hard 'g' in the pronunciation.

Yeah he said it on radio too, but said he has always been mispronounced so is now how they say it. Aussies couldn't work out the silent g thing so it stuck. Pretty common Italian name but should be pronounced Montanya.
