I had to laugh when I read that Sandy has a bye the moment he's available. Can't catch a break! Still another week of practice and conditioning can't hurt.

Freeman should get selected in the seniors this week- the poor bugger deserves a game as a reward for persistence.

Stevens has shown he can play well
Phillips also played well and going by his high light reel on the saints web site - the kid looks like a ripper
Hunter still developing and is a future star
Coffield just plays good footy
Long has shown guts and skill and looks to be settling in
and of course Acres , Sinclair , Ross , Steven , Billings , Gresham , Dunstan

His speed could be a decisive factor though, god knows we need some speed in the midfield.

Let the poor man get through a game or two before we even suggest a senior spot. Probably needs five or six games at sandy to get confidence and then a few more good ones after that Still going to be tough to play seniors this year but best of luck. He deserves some luck.

Bottom line is, unless he's in the seniors playing consistent footy at years end, he wont be offered a new contract.
