FYFE+HILL+PITT = Freo looking damn good in years to come. :)

Don't forget mora! Really feel for him sitting on the sidelines this year. Suban is another one having a terrific season to date, after some serious second year blues he looks to be back on track, his left foot is just deadly out of defence and through the corridor.

This.

With a lot of the emphasis on guys like Hill/Fyfe/Pitt I think Suban's form this year is being a tad understated, he's playing some of the best football in his career to date.

When he starts regularly bombing goals from 50 he'll be hard to ignore :thumbsu:

Kid is a seriously smart footballer and love his ability to slide across the front of that pack.

I can see him leading our goal kicking before his career is out.

I've said it before, but Fyfe is an absolute ball magnet. Every side needs guys who can rack up 30-35 touches. We know Barlow can do it. Palmer as well, depending on form. Mundy has started to increase his possession count the last few years, but having others rack them up means we can cope with Mundy only getting 20 odd quality touches, same for Hill and Morabito.

If we get 60+ touches from Fyfe+Barlow, and then 90-100 from say Mundy+Hill+Morabito+Suban+Pitt, with Pavlich playing forward and the man mountain doing his thing, we are going to be very hard to beat in 2012 and 2013.

Err - and in further news I can confirm I have no idea what I was looking at in crediting Walters with 8 goals.

But anyway - back to Fyfey!!

Shill, I saw it too on AFL.com.au. I must admit that it stuck out to me like nothing on earth and that I had not really factored in his input. He is an important part of our forward structure. His finishing skills are what the rest of the team needs to take a look at.:D:thumbsu:

Kid is a gun.

14 contested possessions. Disposal better today, but still a little to work on.

As Brian Taylor kept saying of Barlow in commentary last year "just knows how to find the ball".

http://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/sp.../fyfe-determined-to-ease-pressure-on-pavlich/

Nat Fyfe has revealed a pact among Fremantle's growing list of young guns to make sure record-breaking Matthew Pavlich never again has to shoulder the burden of leading the club on his own.

While Pavlich was still one of his team's best in a 25-point win over Adelaide at AAMI Stadium on Saturday, it was significant that Fyfe led a load-sharing effort as their skipper created a new games record for the Dockers.

Favourite non Essendon player by an absolute mile. Absolutely love this kid. You guys have a gem. I almost just watch Freo matches to see how he goes.

The below comment from the HUN acknowledges the 'beauty' of Avatar :thumbsu:

A different kind of grunt, a lightly framed grunt. Fyfe puts himself where the ball is. Is a good reader of the play, but that quality needs to be complemented by courage. Hill is the jet. Fyfe is a beauty.

Beauty. Looking even better than last year, how he slipped through the cracks I'll never know but I'm stoked we got the kid.

Nathan Fyfe: The versatile Fyfe looks to have arrived as a player sooner than the Dockers could have hoped. His 27 disposals on Saturday included a team-high 16 contested and, along with Stephen Hill's damaging run and carry, went a long way towards securing the Dockers a crucial away win against the Crows at AAMI Stadium. Fyfe looks as self-assured as any second-year player in the competition.

I missed the game because I was playing. Will have to watch it on IQ during the week. This kid is serious talent though. Really could be anything. Loved that bit from you Lach. Only a second year player and he's really showing leadership qualities.

In about ten years time when your grandchildren ask,"What sort of footballer was James Hird?" you can reply," Well, he was very similar to Nathan Fyfe - but not nearly as good.":)

To be honest i thought we saw glimpses of Palmer 2008 there today. I'm backing this kid to keep improving. He was elated when we won for Pav. I doubt he's leaving.

Somebody needs to hypnotize him back to 2008. Seriously.
