When Santoz first posted in the #scandal thread, I thought it was all a bit of a joke. He and I are really close mates IRL, so we rib each other incessantly on here for a laugh.

I even made him this gif as I thought he would appreciate it, given the closeness of our friendship.





It wasn’t until a few hours later when i received a PM from him, and he was clearly a bit shaken by it all. Given my kind nature and genuine carers attitude that I show towards my fellow man, civilising the community as I do, I offered to take the post down. He said, “nah mate, I don’t want them to know that this is bothering me that much, just let it go” Being the stubborn man that I am I offered my support and it was again declined.
That’s when I knew he was being genuine and it had affected him in a way which I’d never seen before.

He felt like he was being targeted in a community where he comes to escape the stresses of RL, but now he has become anxious when logging on, for fear of ridicule.

So we sat down together and said the best thing would be to wait a week and see if the badges disappear.

They didn’t. They are still there as we speak. This has gone on for long enough and I implore you people to make this right, as it is a clear violation of Santoz ‘ rights as a poster on this site. He should feel safe in this community, and he doesn’t.

Fix it.
