Geelong full white this week at home. Could we see Brisbane in full home or Fitzroy and blue shorts

I've always been of the belief that if white shorts have to be worn, then team with more white in their playing uniform should wear white shorts, irrespective of whether they're playing home or away.

Ideally, this Friday night, I'd like to see Geelong wear their normal jumper with white shorts and Brisbane wear their red Victorian / away jumper with royal blue shorts.

Will it happen? No.

More likely Brisbane will just wear their Home kit.

Blue shorts is a dream, wish we would do it, even if just for specific teams

Maybe? Although Cats have historically worn their navy shorts, pushing us into our Roy away colours since at least 2013 in Vic
I was basing it on the Cats preferring the White shorts and going with the White theme.
Brisbane do not have Blue shorts and they are unlikely to produce them just to suit a Geelong promotion

They did wear their Home strip in R7 against StKilda because they wanted to wear White.

Oh no I'm aware we have no Roy blue shorts, just wish it would happen occasionally

If the AFL can allow freo to wear full black kit against a North home kit, then North/Eagles/Dogs should be able to wear their full colours away against all black sides as well as the Blues
Only North in my opinion. West Coast should only be in full blue against Collingwood if anything, and Dogs create a nice contrast when they wear white shorts, so why change that. Only North who primarily wear white should have no issues against majority of Black/Navy teams

In saying this, I would like to see West Coast wear the Peril with blue shorts more often

Good times. This was a North home game, too.

No... It was Full black v predominantly white

Your other examples are different - eagles and dogs are not predominantly white.

Re north, I don't care what shorts they wear, but no team should wear white shorts when playing them.

Freo ad potentially leaking the new 2025 starlight jumper.

Muted chevrons with the middle chevron replaced by stars.

Looks decent and is overall pretty similar to the 2022 design

This would be a better look than what we have tonight (Thursday Carlton away v Port Home). I continually see that Port Adelaide’s white back with black front doesn’t work against all dark or all white (often clash jumper) teams. Port only matches up well against red or yellow or royal blue team’s because their dark front, light back is a mess.
