Here's how this works.
You can't post pics from your own hard drive.
Which is what you tried to do.
What you can do is post pics from website, such as the photo below, which I liked from the site you linked to.
Also, Essendon can't just pick up a kid and have him play for them.
He'll have to go through the draft, and if you know about it, Sydney Swans probably do too.
