Was fortunate enough to experience 1 of the worlds best rollercoasters last night... The Thunderbolt.
It consists of some of the biggest peaks and the lowest troughs of any of the worlds other thrill rides.
The Thunderbolt, proudly owned by Brett Lee, throws thrill seekers into deep, low and seemingly inescapeable troughs by bowling erracticly and conceding > 6 runs an over in a low scoring game. (It was about this time I was cursing that dreeded Mr Lee for trying to flog off something so cheap to the adoring public)
However after twists and turns around the Bichel and Harvey bends and dips The Thunderbolt unexpectedly throws its riders to the highest peek by returning to rip through everything and take 5 wickets (many of which were taken with his deliveries of the same name) for 3 runs in 15 balls. With that rush the ride was all over on the highest of highs leaving the rider in utter enjoyment and happiness.
Cheers
