That is an amazing (and scary) effort Harks.

My love of spreadsheets is only overtaken by my hatred of admin and record-keeping.

Years ago, my department was asked to fill in daily timesheets to track our workloads. I always made sure I allocated a couple of timeblocks to 'filling in this spreadsheet'.

Childish, but satisfying.

I guess I put it up because I found it to help me in my planning.

i.e. List what you're going to eat and buy accordingly. Saves you money shopping and keeps you in check with your intake.
Map out your training regime and keep to it, even when you don't really feel like it. You'll always...always, feel better when you've done something you didn't really feel like, afterwards.

One shouldn't wait until ones pants feel that little too tight, because once one has had the chance to test themselves on the scales, 5kgs could have been piled on and a state of despair follows.

If it wasn't for my love for quality beer, losing weight and keeping it to the right levels would be so easy.
Another KBS or two tonight and SN Narwhal on the cards tonight......yum.

can't bear spindly graphs or tame spreadsheets.........now a gorgeous, 3D, bursting with colour pie-chart.........

I have a wish list as well. The job is going ok but I have so much to learn and I need to get my confidence back as I haven't been in the resource sector for about four years. Another wish is for a two week holiday just at home and hopefully that will happen in a couple of weeks. I have started walking after work so that was a goal as well. Well done to all those posters who have loss weight.
