Hey doodle, welcome to bigfooty. This topic or ones similar have been discussed in many threads over the last couple of weeks that Ive been here. I suggest that you have a quick look through and you'll find what everyone has to say on the topic.

I was deadset that the whole coaching selection process was a sham and that Neil Craig had already been given the nod. But after the developments in the last few days I'm beginning to believe that the process is legit (even if I dont agree with the way it has been done, with Neil Craig getting an "audition" and an advantage over the other candidates). I was very disappointed when Wallace pulled out of the race and still believe he would have been a great coach for the AFC, but in saying that I am very happy that Rodney Eade "seems" to be the new front runner for the job, and without Wallace in the limelight so to speak Ive been able to learn a bit more about him (thanks to the guys that post in this forum). I think the AFC have now done enough to eliminate any doubt over the process, but if Neil Craig is appointed I think that will change. We'll see what happens.
