Opinion Next WA AFL/AFLW Premiership?

As 2023 marks more than a disappointing year for AFL and AFLW in WA with both Fremantle and West Coast not in the finals in either competition, who will claim the state's next AFL/AFLW Premiership?

I think Fremantle AFLW will win WA's next Premiership before Fremantle AFL and both of West Coast AFL and AFLW.

I consider Freo the winner of 2020 (unofficially) as they were better team that year.

But who knows for the future. Hard to see how West Coast will look until the next coach has a bit of time.

If you say AFLW, then I agree as any of the 18 AFLW sides can win one within 5 or even 4 seasons.

I was gutted with that season too.

Had the finals panned out, Likely it would of been Freo vs North in the 2020 AFLW grand final. Freo would of hosted it too as they were undefeated and North lost one game in the regular season.
