Sorry i got all their CDs starting at S&M. What vinals came out before S&M?
I don't have vinals,i decided not to go that far so i can get more CDs from other great bands. I think i got nearly 300 and i can think of another 100 i want. Its terrible, thats like a deposit on a house  :D

Have you got the compilation CD "Maximum Rock n Roll" that pretty much is a compilation of everything before S+M.

i was there on fri... absolutely amazing experience... I know these blokes are like a hundred years old now, so i just hope they come back to australia before they wrap up.
btw, what was the song they closed with? I couldn't pick it... the sound was a bit shyte... Lineolum was second last...

I heard they suck live!
:D Well played.

I've been an unabashed fan of there work since Ribbed. The skate punk maestros.

Really, has there ever been 2 better named albums than 'Punk in Drublic' and 'White trash,Two Heebs and a Bean.'

Edit:forgot to mention punk could always do with more trumpets!

Big :thumbsu:

Saw NOFX live about 5 or 6 years ago, at HiFi, seriously one of the best live acts you're ever likely to see - they're so tight.
yeah me too.

Top gig .Hificould do with some more fresh air though, in summer.

Yeah, Malachi crunch is still on high rotation whenever I have a punkity punk day. Saw em at palace ages ago and they spent most of the gig hanging ******** on the crowd which was pretty funny.:thumbsu:

Are they allowed to play lisa and louise yet? Last I heard the miltant feminists couldnt take a joke, so going by that they're still not allowed to play it.

Yeah, they've always been funny bastards.Malachi Crunch was the first song that got me into them.Saw it on a now ancient snowboard vid.

good to see they played "dont call me white' and 'linoleum'-absolute belters.

Another good band that popped up about the same time as NOFX, and were similar ,were Face to Face.Saw them in Denver -rocken'( a few weeks later the Decendents played the same venue,I was happy as a pig in shyte). Not sure if face to face ever came to Oz,if so I'm dirty I missed it.They ve disbanded now.

Well they played Louise when i saw them, which is quality, no idea on liza and lousie tho, altho i thought thats what they were going to play when Mike was like "This songs about 2 black chicks, well not necesarily black, just two chicks" but it was louise

NOFX played an interesting song at the Tassie gig . . . . .

Tasmania:
The snipers are deadlier in Tasmania
And the massacres are bloodier in Tasmania
The genocides are gnarlier in Tasmania
But California has better cocaine.

Oh yeah the snipers are deadlier in Tasmania
And the massacres are bloodier in Tasmania
The genocides are gnarlier in Tasmania
But California has better cocaine.

The crystal meth is stronger in Tasmania
The incest is much wronger in Tasmania
The convicts stayed much longer in Tasmania
But California has Eric Melvin.

Oh yeah the crystal meth is stronger in Tasmania
The incest is much wronger in Tasmania
The convicts stayed much longer in Tasmania
But California has much better Cocaine.

hahah that's awesome

I just noticed from the set lists that you guys posted that they didn't play Dinosaurs Will Die on either of the set lists posted earlier and one set was missing She's Nubs, both of which I got to see.

I was feeling kinda bummed out for missing some of the stuff at the other Melbourne show I couldn't get tickets too, but now I realise they played a completely different set and apart from missing out on The Decline (a BIG miss) I feel a bit better about missing out on tickets for the other Melbourne show.

Really surprised they didn't play Dinosaurs Will Die at every show though.

can anyone remember what song nofx closed with last fri? I've been racking my brain and I can't remember... I know Lineoleum was second last..

That is a song they play live sometimes and make up the lyrics quickly before hand. The first version was called Canada has much better heroin.

Here's a version they sang once which shows off some great song writing talent.

Heard they played a bad religion song at one of the melbourne shows. What was it?

I don't think they did, well I can't speak for the other Melbourne show but Fat Mike mentioned they were going to play a Bad Religion song but played that Herb Albert song instead. It was some joke that I couldn't quite hear.
