i do tons of boxing and tackling practices, if i can't run at least i might a good inside midfielder.
Yeah im thinking it was just something minor which i never let heal due to always running on it, hope it doesn't leave lasting effects.

You'll be sweet then. Playing an inside mid in senior footy still requires a shitload of running man, need to get to contests all around the ground. I'm sure if you're preparing for the 2015 season now you will be fine.

i already cut 90% of junk food out of my diet and no longer drink coka cola
so now its the get to gym and watch it drop part now

definitely work on your running
interval training would be a good idea

cover some core exercises as well so you can have good balance
planks are alright, but should make it a challenge and do the planks with a bosu ball

Should be more than ready then, as Dav1d mentioned too, interval training and Fartleks are awesome for gaining stamina. They absolutely rip you to shreds at the beginning but worth it!

Did a 30min kicking sesh today at my local oval
Gotta work on my overall conditioning, power in my legs and my horrible left foot.

It makes me sad that I can kick better/further on my left than my preferred right.

I put so much work into being able to kick on it that it's overtaken the other foot.

This isn't always reflected in our kick to kick games out at Whitten Oval/NPO. :p
