White gurnsey but with teal "prison bars" could actually be a great nod to their history whilst embracing the modern aspects of their colours. Fan base would eat it up, kids get signatures all over it. They don't have any issues with Collingwood because it isn't "black and white" could even have thin black piping around the teal bars, would look awesome
