During my moderation period, I used to crack down on nastiness quickly & hand out bans if posters didn't pull their head in.

Far harder to moderate now though because of increased posting volumes & can't read all like used to... relying on posters reporting.

Yeah I didn’t see the resemblance with Alex.
However sanders has a very good sniffer.
