I must say Ken talking to JHF in the rain after the kid stank up the first 3 quarters and then probably win them the game in the last was almost iconic. Genuinely great coach/ young star moment
Assuming they do make finals - which looks more likely than not - they will be hard pressed to move Ken on and if they do will be locked into someone within their current system in my view

Ken isn't the problem at Port. When he leaves (and I hope he does and goes to the Suns), they'll find out the hard way.

It’s so obvious for someone with an ounce of decency, but he’s just a flog and his trolling is more important to him.

It really says it all about him, you could hear the disappointment and disbelief in Kings voice.

I’ve seen him play some good games and think there is a handy player there but at present I just can’t see a team coming up with anything more than mid second. Maybe if he goes to a team lowly ranked they may cough up an early second…maybe because his career has gone from potential to not delivering

I think he has something, the only issue is he is a bit if a in-between player height wise. Will definitely add to a forward line but doesn't set the structure.

The murmurs on the North board is that JHF lied during his interviews.

He was never keen on going to North and was always going to end up at Port, but didnt want North to know this as otherwise they would have traded their Pick 1 for our three 1sts.

It could be worse. We could have given up those three 1sts and JHF may have pulled the plug on us and said he wanted a trade to Port.

There is a silver lining for us. (Thats not counting how great those 1sts for us have now become).

Ollie Lord averaged .9 goals a game last year in the SANFL games he played as a forward ( shifted to defence back half of the season) and kicked 1 goal in each of the 2 sanfl games he's played this year. Fair slap in the face to Georgiades to select Lord ahead of him. They must want MG to leave

As if further proof is required. I understand from listening to MMM in the evening on the way home occasionally that Kane hangs out with the Port boys at the Mosely. Why would they do that? I have little time for Graham and no time for Chad and Kane. Oxygen thieves IMO.
