I'm trying to organise the post match for the Brisbane game... and I've had to book the function room for the whole weekend! Luckily the pub understands our situation, but still.

It's ridiculous you can't organise anything, the eldest of my two lads thinks he's "owed" an interstate trip with Dad cause his sister and brother went on a trip with Mum late last year to see a musical, I want to take him to a Crows game but too hard to organise. Will just take him to a Socceroos World Cup qualifier as those dates are known months in advance.

Nah. Will wait til inevitable last gasp penalty shootout then say I watched every game.

Looks like a very strong draft overall atm. Most of the top 40 have already shown something at AFL level.

Which is fascinating given this was arguably the most interrupted development draft of all time. I remember Rachele only played 6-7 games over both his u18 years so similar for the whole draft class (VIC anyway)
Amazing that some much talent has emerged and so early

There's advantages to the Sunday twilight game.

If we get over the Hawks we go 4-2, play Collingwood at home in a standalone fixture, footy world watching.

We get the Pies off a 5 day break after a likely massive Anzac Day clash, especially more so this year given the Dons's recent formline.

Pies are beatable.

When do they make the actual decision to set in stone the fixture for the floating rounds?
