For all the praising of Collingwoods list management, their future trading is awful.

They got lucky with daicos coming in after trading out pick 2 and at the moment it's looking like a high pick for Schulz.

Trying to get another flash with Kelly looks much better when looking at what they've done.

Have to disagree there - was a clever plan. Whoever they traded their first round pick for aside, they new they were getting Daicos for peanuts the following year so tried to use their first pick for currency. Love for the Eagles to get away with something like that. Unfortunately we don't have a F/S of the same level, can't do it with academy players and the AFL would change the rules before we could.
