Noble was the hard ass head of football, Fagan the relationship builder coach.

Things started to unravel the minute Noble left back of house. Some of our medical team have left. We promoted an assistant coach to the head of football. Rich was added as a development coach after he retired, and he left his role a month ago. We haven't refreshed out assistant coaches. And the last one that left, to Carlton, wasn't replaced.


The racism thing has taken a toll on Fagan, and he hasn't taken a break, to refresh his mental state.


There's something wrong in the off field department, and there's obviously something wrong amongst the playing group now.

It's definitely transferred to the onfield.
They look a complete shadow of the team from last year.

Mind you, so many of the GWS players have grabbed a gear tonight and torched their Lions opponents. The game is so delicately balanced between ball winners and ridiculous outside pace with polished ball use.
