Okay, to clarify,

If Sydney wins every game from now, except in the last round against Hawthorn (regardless of margin),

And If Geelong wins every game from now, except in the second last round against Sydney (regardless of margin),

And if Fremantle wins every game from now (regardless of margin),

Then we will finish 2nd on the ladder if we win every game from now (regardless of margin).

In other words, 2nd place is all up to us + Geelong losing to Sydney and Sydney losing to Hawthorn.

Because when they're on they're almost unstoppable.
