Question for everyone:

What is the difference between Andrew Gaff and Luke Shuey? In my mind they are exactly the same person. I cannot tell them apart, and I suspect the Eagles have been playing one man under two names every week, putting them at a serious disadvantage.
I always find it hard to determine between Gaff and Cripps.

Shuey is the better player.

Shuey: nuggety and quick
Gaff: weedy and fit

They're basically Zaka and Stanton.

Shuey is an inside/outside mid who should be dominating the comp, but instead plays for free kicks and drifts in and out of games. Gaff is an outside mid who should be another Isaac Smith/Stephen Hill type, but instead is tagged out of games with alarming regularity and success.

Both are victims (and to an extent causes) of West Coast having arguably the worst midfield in the comp.

Kepler Bradley has announced his retirement. :( Only 29.
Why the hell would anyone be sad that a bloody awful footballer has retired. Absolute spud of a footballer whose athletic talent saw him on an AFL list. He is the epitome of where drafting went haywire in the naughties. Athletes over footballers.

BORING

He's on the FFC honour roll with other luminaries like Clive Waterhouse. Worthy of immense respect.

No sub in 2015 according to 3AW...
And this is what pisses off most fans. Continual dicking around with the rules. It may be a stupid change, but it is yet another bloody chnage so when you look at this decade of footy, you can't even view each season in a similar manner as you have to work out what bloody rule was in play.

Geez I wish they would bloody leave the rules alone.

Carlton used to be the football club I hated the most.

I still hate Carlton, but now I hate Melbourne more.

What a bunch of ****ing losers. I respect them less than Carlton

I don't mind keeping the bench at 4 players.. cap the rotations at 80 (with unlimited changes during breaks) and be done with it for 10 years.

That way you would go back to the 'stars' starting on the field and spending more time on the field... you still have space to cover for injuries during the game etc etc.

Personally I am so sick of watching a player on the field for 3 minutes and then doing a 400m sprint to come to the bench for 2 mins and then another 400m sprint to get back to the play for 3 mins.. meanwhile how many goals scored because they can get a release kick to a guy just off the bench??
