I would have given North a slight chance if Sheezel was playing, but without him I can't see how they move the ball inside forward 50 with any class. Pity.

Brisbane have spent a lot of petrol getting back to the top 4 all season from a horror start.
It was always going to bite them.
It's why I was never convinced they could win it despite looking like the form team 2 weeks ago.
They still can but it's too hard to do from outside the top 4 being a non-vic team.
Bulldogs in 2016 will always remain an outlier I reckon.

I don't think it's that deep, it's just football at the end of the day, I'm not going to hold it against the guy for doing what was best for him, that's life.
I agree it's not that deep, just in the opposite sense. Player plays for team I dislike means I dislike said player. Player plays for team I like, I like said player.
These guys mean nothing to me outside of football so I have no reason to be invested in them as people outside of that.
bulldogs v gws game next week will be an absolute cracker , the two form sides and favourites for the flag going head to head for top 4/2.

Man watching Hawks recently really sucks. Picked up some really discounted players and offloaded guys who weren't doing anything and now all of a sudden they're right back into the mix out of nowhere. There's no reason for them to be as good as they are.
We needed one result from 6 games involving Hawthorn/Bulldogs/Carlton to go our way right, in order to have something to play for this time next week? Already down to 4 games now with Bulldogs winning and Hawthorn smashing Richmond.
Yeah but realistically it was always coming down to 3 games. Hawks were never losing to Rich and North, and Dogs were never losing to North.
