I get the impression with the mega bucks West Coast have just sitting there that they aren't even allowed to use, that having enough money was never in question - it's just used grossly inefficiently by the WAFC.

Not enough investment by the AFL into Grass roots. Will take more than the WC/Freo funding to change it.

There's a part of me that hopes that the Carlton board has Michael Voss perform this every year to prove his on-going commitment to doing whatever it takes.
