there was a 5-10min patch we should've put some scores on. Carlton will be coming in the 3rd.
Yep, we have too many patches of ascendancy where we just don't score, and then we let them score too easily when the wheel turns.

Issues aplenty on display today.

Scott been immense holding the defence together.

Simpkin and McDonald mostly unsighted.

Umpiring has been an all time low.

LDU has been pretty terrible. As has the rest of the midfield.

We can barely mark when we have a clean run. They could throw it on the boot and it will be a mark.

CCJ injury has improved our game somewhat. Ford needs to capitalise.

Carlton are much more experienced and it shows. They have removed our weapons from us completely. Looking to see how Clarkson can change gears and make some changes.

He is the only mid worth putting work into.

Posters who think LDU is unaccountable defensively have obviously never seen Powell ply his trade. He doesn't want to know about chasing, tackling or pressuring...

He’s literally being held like the forwards getting free kicks for it. Annoying.

We’re actually look better with Larkey rucking

Larkey to ruck
Xerri to defence
Mosquito fleet unpredictable chaos ball forward line.

No?
Sorry, that was a bit left field wasn’t it. Also sounds like a coaching move. 😱
Let’s stick to the usual setup and regular 10-15 goal loss.

Well all things being equal being pummelled in the midfield with a pair of coleman medalists up against a 3rd gamer and a 3rd tier backman suprisingly low margin.

Looked a little better in the last 10 minutes of the 2nd there.

Margin should probably be more than 5 goals, which in the modern game can be erased pretty quickly with a purple patch.

Please turn up after half time

They are too psychologically fragile for that.

When the opposition get a run on we just give away frees and stop communicating under pressure. Teams get run ons in modern footy keep your head in the game!

After that the pressure drops off and it all spirals from there and suddenly they look disinterested only 20-30 points down.

Any other team would be licking their lips but not us.
