Which players on your club's list are guns at VFL level, but are seemingly not up to AFL level?

Hope I’m proven wrong, but Josh Carmichael had shown glimpses last year coming on as a sub, but at this stage in his career, his VFL performance vs AFL performance has a massive disparity of standard. Just doesn’t seem fast/fit enough at the moment for the top level. If he can just get more fitness and composure up to AFL standard, he can add value.
