I don’t know… I do find myself missing Stephen Silvagni’s monotone commentary about how brilliant he is and how the entire world has conspired against him. Every questionable decision? Apparently someone else’s fault entirely.
See that sounds entertaining

He cashed in all his lucky chips when Jo Bailey married him.

Can someone explain how we could possibly entertain a trade for this guy if we plan to keep Butters? I can't see it happening honestly

The AFL now allows trading of future picks and we have the ‘26 and ‘27 firsts as currency and whatever else we might choose to use as sweeteners.

People were saying we couldn’t land JHF without an A grade player leaving and that proved false. Ditto here.

Because we don't need to meet the ridiculous costs that Saints fans are putting up. We just need to put up a reasonable trade, that St Kilda looks at and has to decide between that and nothing.

C4's latest comment sounds on the money....

1] If he was going to re-sign at the Saints, with a good offer on the table, he would have done it by now. Thats a given. No way this fairly media-shy kid would want to prolong this circus around him!

2] Everything we know about Nas indicates that he has really loved his time at the Saints, has good relations with the club, and is good mates with fellow players. He will be wanting the Saints to be fairly compensated, so it seems logical that he focus on footy, and just allow his manager and the clubs to work out a deal that pleases both.

I am very confident this gets done

its fair value for someone of NWM's calibre.
He's uncontracted. Three first round picks seems a hell of a lot. Two was enough to secure a contracted JHF. Would want a few second rounders back if giving up the equivalent of three firsts.
