Do we tag Cox with Michael Johnson this week? It will alow Sandi to roam and will hopefully bring MJ into the game. IIRC Cox had 29 possessions last week.

dom, I think Sandi has gone ok for a big bloke in the wet previously. He's got the size and strength to hold his ground in the wet. Maybe he could find himself some gloves and see what he can do?

Probably 10 of those were the the first cheap possie from a kick in , something that was never allowed to happen when CC was coach. I hope Harves is on to that.

dom, I really don't know what we can do with Johnno at the moment, but I think Cox would have a field day if he was 'tagging' him. He needs to be able to run free and get his hands on the ball - maybe Taz on one wing and Johnno on the other? (Don't ask me what we do with Mundy then though
)

I notice every time Cox plays a team other than us He is used as the first receiver in the back pocket hence the big possesion tally.
When We have played the Eagles that never happens as he was always manned up , even when 211 had his jaw broken Polly was given the job of stopping it.
I just hope that Harves is on the ball with this as it could hurt us. That is all, keep an eye out on Saturday.

Sandis decision making after taking a mark so often is shocking. I'm just waiting for the day that he marks it in the goal square only to attempt to hand ball it to someone and stuff the whole thing up.

The only thing Sandilands can do is get Hit Outs. If he hits most to the opposition whats the point of him? Around the ground he is utterly useless.
Cox on the other hand is a pure AFL footballer and getting HO's is only 1 dimension of his game. He's a pure Ruck Rover. Sandilands is pure crap.

Pure crap players have not got 10 brownlow votes next to their name, 2 of them obtained against Dean Cox the game after the last time He go 20 touches .
Probably explains why there is a fair bit of Sandilands fear around.

Who would fear sandilands? Cox is the best ruckman in the league, sandi will use his freakiness to win more HO's this week like he ussually does but he wont be very damaging so nobody really cares.
