This has been an interesting conversation. This guy is positively apoplectic. People tend to lose all sense of rationality when some teams do well.

I've had enough. (Might get a yellow for this but who cares).

I have no gripes if our club is going to comply with the 92.5% limit and I am not going to argue the fact that we are not exactly the most affluent club in the AFL. My gripe lies in that Carlton are pulling money out of their ass and paying players under the table and we all know it. I am happy for other clubs to reap the rewards of their success but Carlton are tanking, cheating, under the table ****ts. I actually hope Collingwood win a flag before your lot. Even though Collingwood get a great fixture and love to whinge, at least they play by the rules.

I may follow a battler club but at least they do it the honest way. I love the red and blue and one day they will come good and nobody will argue that they earnt it.

They got what they deserved you ****en cretin and they learnt from it. Your club on the other hand just got better at it.

Me and my fellow 39 Melbourne supporters know what it is like to follow a club with honour. Carlton are a ****en disgrace to sport let alone the AFL.

If you are looking for your medication, it is in your avatar.

You know two fifths of stuff all about our salary cap, our front ended contracts, our back ended contracts, what our players are on. You just see us in there bidding for players and assume it must be underhanded. You can wish for what you want, hate who you want, but in the end you are just having a giant hissy fit on an internet forum that is borne out of ignorance. You could probably have a detailed account in front of you with a certificate of approval from the AFL and you would still make up your version of what is really going on.

Getting this worked up over something you know nothing about ..... what a legend.

Bit rough I would have thought. I have admitted that MFC made a mistake with the cap and they copped what they deserved - what more can I say? On the other hand Carlton seem to have mastered the "cougar arts" of cheating the salary cap and paying players more than what is on paper.

...and no, my club is no where near as bad as your club as they have distanced themselves from what previous administrations have done yet the Blues are just hitting their straps.

Lol i love how all these supporters in other threads abuse us for talking ourselves up and stuff when all we are doing is backing our team. Its amazing how much they all enjoyed kicking us when we were down and how much they loved it. We love to be hated and it will be so more rewarding when we come up fully and dominate a lot more than what other clubs did in their prime. You can just see the jealousy and fear returning with in them cos they know the powerhouse has returned.

At the moment all of them are obsessed with us. Ofcourse it's a great thing to be attacked by teams who not won a flag since before I was born. And it's also very sweet to be attacked by fans from a club that claims to be successful but has don't nothing for about 50 years.

What an amazing outpouring of anger we are seeing towards our club on BF today. If, as so many of the posters would have you believe, we are not a threat & will stay in the bottom half of the ladder for years to come, why are they so worked up about us recruiting a 21 year old ruckman?

I am sure the behaviour being demonstrated by non-Carlton supporters on BF today would make an interesting thesis for someone studying psychology. It is certainly quite an eye-opener that so many could harbour such bitterness towards a football club. It makes you proud to be a Carlton supporter.

I think you may be confusing 'interesting thesis' with 'want to gouge my own eyes out because of the stupidity'.

I get some sort of morbid pleasure out of reading the threads, because it seems to be 15 clubs against 1.

It seems some people aka Trolls , just have TOOOO much time on their hands!!

Take it as a compliment fellow Blue supporters as this means we are back and are a real chance to be right up there in the next few years!!! Leave them be they will be the ones with egg on their face.
