Prediction Our next Star

Curious to know what's everyone's thoughts on the pies next out and out star.

I remember the Thomas hype and how he lit the world on fire with his pace and Ross Lyon labelled him the best player in the competition at one point. Then Pendlebury announced himself as one of the competitions best, smooth in traffic, can shake a take and still impact the game.

And on that note Swanny consistanly high numbers looks like the old school footballer who has more 30+ possession games than the great Gary Abblett Jnr.

With the forwards once Anthony Rocca retired we were let wondering who the next big forward would be..enter Travis Cloke for so long he has been the corner stone although his kicking has let him down then is no denying his strength and competitiveness.

So with the current young midfielders and forwards.
Who's gonna be the guy who leads and becomes that star.

Moore is the obvious choice in the forward line, but in terms of midfielders who's it gonna be.

DeGoey, Crisp, Adams, Treloar, Aish, Sier.
Or is someone coming from left field?

We've got an excellent group of young midfielders developing together very nicely now with the additions of Aish and Treloar. Any of them could become one of the best in the comp but I feel like Treloar is the best placed to do so.

De Goey is contested ball star to be.
Treloar well, he's just going to be elite.
Daicos junior yet to arrive, just imagine the possibilities.

If Marley Williams keeps improving at the same trajectory then he is a certainty.
Seriously we don't talk about him that much but his rate of improvement has been quite impressive.
Oh an if anyone has statistics that suggest he hasn't improved that much, I don't care. I know what my eyes see.

Will be so valuable as the interchange is now capped

Treloar. He's already a top shelf mid and at 22 he's ready to step up to that real elite group.

De Goey, Moore and others are very much capable but I think if you're looking for the "next" star, it's Treloar.

Treloar is easily the safest bet based upon his GWS form.

Will rival Pendlebury next year as our most dangerous mid.

Might even outperform Chris Yarran.

If we are talking out and out star - its between Treloar and De Goey. AT clearly has the runs on the board, but i was very impressed with De Goeys work in spurts this year, and think he has great potential.

Moore is obviously in the discussion, but theres a much wider range for how he could possibly end up. Optimistic, but a very long way to go.

Adams will be a consistent A-to-A+ mid IMO, but probably won't reach the"Elite" level.
Williams probably similar off the backline.
I don't know what to think about Aish so will wait to see how this year goes, and would rather wait for Scharenburg to be healthy enough to play consistently before making any predictions.

Treloar is already there so he's out of the race

Adams IMO for mids, although de Goey will be better in the long run, Adams being older will get there sooner.
