It's good fun to speculate though.

This year is a very different feeling to the last draft. Last year we knew that we would probably get Ellis at pick 2. We took a couple of suprises and we may do the same this year.

Personally, I would go for Proud. I also hope Nathan Brown is available at our second pick.

Yeah, but that wasn't until the day of the draft, or at earliest the night before.

The fact is, the recruiting team haven't even decided yet. We don't even have a good idea, like last year, what we will be going for.

Last year we knew speedy midfielders would be on the agenda, but this year we could go for anything from a speedy midfielder to a tall defender.

I'd hope so also. I'd doubt it however. Would love to get a pick earlier in the second round. Should do Jason Cloke and our 2nd rounder for Essendon's second rounder or priority pick.
