Whether you want to characterise that as racist, classist, xenophobic or whatever (to me it seems like she was trying to shoot the moon) it was bloody offensive.

She characterised the public housing residents as not having followed Corona containment measures as the reason why they have been locked up. Dan Andrews basically stated the same reasons Pauline did. I see no reason to go all out in defence of these people given Victoria has screwed Australias pandemic response and this is a big reason why.
