We need to make the ground as hostile as possible for the Swans and their supporters. You dont venture into the lions den and expect a warm welcome.

Anyone know where the Swans are staying while they are in Perth? I think they arrived last night. Would be good to create abit of a racket for them - would hate to see them lose their beauty sleep. Especially Mumford - would hate a bad nights sleep to affect his much vaunted tank.

In any event I enjoyed Pav's comments - and agree that this entire week of insane exuberance from the media and public doesn't exactly do wonders for the guys.

Many of our boys are still very young, with little finals experience - the energy in Freo ATM is electric we can all feel it but the boys have got a job to do; and need to block out all these distractions... but to me it's too reminiscent of 2003.

Everyone needs to cool off a bit and let the guys do what they do best; better to give them the underdog tag and put Sydney ahead as clear favourites.
