I know generally online petitions don't actually achieve anything in the grand scheme of things, however it realistically is the only way to make our voices heard. Sadly we all love our teams and the actual game too much to actually have enough people actually boycott games.

Petition to get rid of the final 10 and revert to the proper final 8 system.

Petition to remove Andrew Dillon as the CEO of the AFL.

I would sign a petition to get rid of the weightings to top 6 teams.

I would sign a petition to extend a legal mark to a 25 metre kick.

I would sign s petition to force all geelong home games and home finals to be played in geelong.

I will sign a petition to introduce 17-5.

I will not sign a petition to put the final 10 back to final 8. Think i prefer top 10 the way its designed. Has little meaning but brings more entertainment.

Isn't the reason he isn't the CEO of the AFL because he wasn't? I swear he missed out on an opportunity like pursuing the CEO position, or maybe it was being on the commission, because he and Gill don't like each other at all. I suppose that doesn't mean he isn't in the 'boys club', but given Dillon was earmarked as the next CEO for a long time, Gale would probably be a fresh set of eyes that might be a good thing.

Would have made a great CEO but not in the afl inner circle. They only promote from within the boys club. Swan or Kane will be next in line and continue the same inept shit.

Dillon is useless and can't sell any idea like we saw again yesterday, so I'm happy for him to go, but the wildcard is a good introduction, so I'm not signing it on that basis.

Not for the idea personally, but in a few years nobody will care, it will be an accepted part of the league. It's not that deep.

Better chance of just getting everyone you believe a petition will change their mind, gather all your pennies, and give the AFL like 4 million dollars

every year.

That is why they have these 2 extra finals games

The 5 Million is a low ball, It would generate close to 8 Million in purely ticket sales and TV, If like 20k people combined at both games end up buying a hotdog, a coke and 2 mid strength beers at the game thats like 70 dollars x 20,000 is close to another 1.5 Million

I’d go as far as having Kardinar Park as the permanent gf venue even if Geelong aren’t playing on the day.

It just makes sense.
