just sent one in about the delay between goals at games that frustrates the hell out of people actually at the games.
heck i go to the sunday games to get away from the crappy 7 coverage and still have to put up with them delaying the game by and extra 45 seconds between goals.
since they will flat out refuse to show a live sunday game you think they could shorten those breaks. Isn't that what editors are for.![]()
That is why we all have to get onto soapbox, send in an email each and if we get say 1000 people all saying the same thing, they may change their minds.
Better off to show off numbers than to take it with your hands clasped to your ankles.
But it is delayed in Melbourne also, so won't be better off.

Cats-Pies clash live on TV after sellout
11:12 AM Wed 19 September, 2007
Exclusive to AFL BigPond Network
THE AFL has announced that this Friday's preliminary final between Geelong and Collingwood will be televised live into Melbourne after all public tickets and AFL Members' Reserve tickets were sold out.
The remaining tickets for sale - approximately 15,000 - sold out on Wednesday morning in a little more than 90 minutes.
AFL Chief Broadcasting and Commercial Officer Gillon McLachlan said the Seven Network had made the decision to now take the match live.
Its broadcast into Melbourne will begin at 7.30pm, with the first bounce at 7.50pm.
The two clubs drew more than 85,000 fans for their home and away clash earlier this year.
Geelong Advertiser is sooo reliable.
According to 7's online TV guide ch. 7 is showing it @ 8pm - making it delayed?

Friday night's AFL preliminary final between Geelong and Collingwood at the MCG has sold out, with the match to now be televised live into Melbourne.
All remaining public tickets and AFL members' reserve tickets sold on Wednesday, the AFL said.
It means the crowd is expected to be close to the MCG's capacity of about 100,000 and could rival the attendance for the grand final the following weekend.
Last year's grand final between West Coast and Sydney drew a crowd of 97,431.
It's being shown live in Melbourne...
for anyone with foxtel, the match is broadcast live on main event channel (518) free of charge
Better Homes & Gardens is a sure-fire ratings winner. That's why they keep it.All, we should boycott channel 7 post the AFL finals series. Why delay the game in cities other than Melbourne ??
Makes no sense whatsoever. Why pay part of $780 million then delay it? They aren't going to win the ratings as I think a rugby league game is on, so therefore wouldn't win in the Northern states anyway.
Better Homes and Gardens hey, nice move channel 7, a sure ratings winner.
