Taking overall list demographics into account is fine.

Trying to draft around one guy is not the right approach.

It was misguided to so with Judd and it will be misguided to do so with Cripps. IMO.

Not so much drafting 'around one guy', more about filling a badly needed to be filled hole, and releasing Cripps rack them up.
