Floreat Pica, Bitch!
I think on that point we'll be saved by the fact that GWS's hit rate on those picks will only be around 50%. If they nailed them all, then yes, God help us.

How long do the GC and GWS have expanded lists and expanded salary caps?
I'm looking forward to next year being only a relatively rather than completely r*ped draft year.
Yep... and when those 12 (should be) guns and their friends from next years draft get to 22-24 and they want their fair share of the pies, every other club will take what is rightfully theirs.![]()

Well I kinda plucked the figure from my bumhole, but the point is there's an attrition rate.
I think it's 2 mil p.a. peel back for GCS (5 years) and @1.5 mil p.a. for GWS (7 years). Lists also stripped back by 2 per year.
GC is 1 mil with 200k taken over each year until they hit 400k, then the year following that (so 2015) they fall in line with everybody else. I'd assuming GWS is following a reasonably similar path, if not identical.
As Team GWS trims its list across its first seven seasons, its salary cap will gradually be reduced. By 2019 when its list is on par with its AFL rivals (at 38 senior-listed players) its salary cap allowance will be scrapped.
