Last weekend I put a small $5 each way bet on Pendles to win the Brownlow.

I did the same, at 67-1, seemed very nice odds for our best shot at the Brownlow.

Also placed a small chunk of change on us at $14 for the Flag before Xmas.

That's about it for me and long term bets, I make my profits with week to week bets.

Don't like betting on footy over a season. It takes too long for a payout,even if you take the easy bets.

Much better betting on Federer every tournament he plays. Unless it's clay.

Yeh, agreed. Unless I see some epic value, I'm not betting that far ahead.

I found Hurley at $17 to win the Rising Star, I threw $5 on that. That's all I'll be doing though.
